Tri-State Area IT Solution Sales Associate / Business Market Development
Due to tremendous market opportunity and an aggressive growth forecast, we are currently recruiting superstar Sales hunters for the Northern New Jersey, New York metro (Westchester, Manhattan, Long Island) and Fairfield county Connecticut market places. These opportunities represent a limited time opportunity for success and will be filled quickly with the best-qualified candidates. To ensure that all candidates are evaluated equally, a process has been designed that both educates and evaluates all the candidates in preparation for a person-to-person interview. The full process includes the following steps:

4. Go to the CMIT Solutions website ad familiarize yourself with the CMIT organization, and the Marathon and Guardian product lines. The website is found here: www.cmitsolutions.com
5. Take a 12 question online exam on the above topic. This is to fairly evaluate how well each candidate understands the company and products that are being sold. The exam is found here: http://talent.cmitsolutions.com/questionaire.cfm
6. Take a final Skills Questionnaire. This is not scored. It is a chance for you to let us know what you feel your strengths are based on what you've learned about this position. The questionnaire can be found here: http://talent.cmitsolutions.com/skills-questionaire.cfm
We estimate that the above steps will take 1 hour or less to complete.
Once the results evaluated, a process we expect to complete before the end of September, the candidates we feel are the best match for the position will be invited to participate in a small group interview. This interview may be followed up with individual one-on-one interviews if necessary.
